IFXers,
Sorry for the back-to-back revision of PDF/is, but I had a
breakthrough...
I have new versions of PDF/is (0.4) and IPPFAX (0.13) available on the
web site.
PDF/is changes:
- Added support for 'banding'.
- Added additional explanation around object lifetime logic.
- Added clarifications in a few other areas.
IPPFAX changes:
- Modified document to refer to PDF/is instead of PDFax.
- Updated document header and lead-in to match new PWG standards format.
- Added new IPP attribute to specify banding direction.
- Modified 'pdfax-jbig2-cache-size-k-octets-supported' to match 'MEMORY'
field definition in PDF/is.
- Removed 'pdfax-profile-capabilities' attribute.
- Fixed a few typos and other errors.
How do people feel about the possibility of doing a last call on these
documents and taking these specifications to the Draft phase?
