(The work is still fairly rough, IMO, but there's an XML-based framework
for capability description. CONNEG-style compositions are not provided for
yet, but could be added either as CC/PP extensions or as generic RDF logic
extensions. Michael Mealling is working on a proposal that will allow tags
from the conneg registry to be embedded in URI space as URNs.)
