I can’t say what others are doing, and I am a bit rusty on MIBs, but from your question, it seems that the Printer MIB (RFC3805) does have this covered. I am a little confused as to whether you are referring to multiple interfaces or multiple channels, perhaps of the same type. But I think it is clear that, in either case, they would be individually listed, each with its own IfIndex (from MIB II) or Channel Index. With regard to IPP channels, the MIB is clear that “An IPP Printer shall list all IPP URI it supports (one per IPP Channel entry)." I have no idea how well this has been implemented.
The HR MIB is concerned with multiple resources (including devices) in a Host system, and I suppose that one could consider an MFP as containing multiple printer devices (devices being a rather muddy term). But it would seem to me that it would be better to consider the different devices as corresponding to the multiple imaging functions of an MFP (printer, scanner, fax, copier, etc). Indeed that would be an interesting idea to pursue in the PWG. But I would wonder about considering each network interface as a separate device.
Certainly would be interested in seeing others comments. Have not had any communication on MIBs for a long time.

Folks,
I am wondering if any other Printer MIB implementers are now dealing with supporting multiple concurrent network connections to a printer/MFP.
For example, how should the rows in the prtChannelTable be reported when there could be two or more IPP channels supported by the device?
Would it be reasonable to use the hrDeviceIndex of each network interface rather than the hrDeviceIndex of the printer?
