Thanks to Gail Giansiracusa and George Liu for pointing
out that I posted this document to the wrong directory
yesterday - trying to do two things at once...
This document is now correctly posted (at the link below).
The PWG Formal Vote is NOT started yet - that will come
after the PWG Steering Committee reviews and approves
PWG Last Call process used - either by email or meeting.
