It did occur to be that this was an extremely fast implementation.
With Ira's clarification, it would appear that the first question on the
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/wims/wd/wd-wimspower10-20091022.pdf draft is why
it has a "Prototype Draft" rather than "Interim" status.
Ira's excellent change notes should allow us to consider the changes, even
if he cannot attend the concall. It would be nice to have the minutes as
well.

First a correction - the PWG Power Management Model
does NOT have an implementation - there will not be a
prototype until the PWG Power Management MIB reaches
Prototype draft - I *hope* to have Samsung develop a
prototype, but that's not committed - no other vendor has
offered to prototype.
Second, schedule - as I said last week, I will be out-of-town
next Monday - that's why we moved the IPP WG out a week.
I *hope* to be back Monday in time for WIMS call.
