I've just posted four CIM Print Service classes to:

    CIM_PrintJob.mof
    - major NEW version - adds all IPP/1.1 Job attributes

    CIM_PrintService.mof
    - major NEW version - adds IPP/1.1 Printer attributes (description)

    CIM_PrintServiceCapabilities.mof
    - NEW - adds IPP/1.1 Printer attributes (xxx-supported)

    CIM_PrintServiceSettings.mof
    - NEW - adds IPP/1.1 Printer attributes (xxx-default)

With these additions to PrintService and PrintJob and the 2 new classes,
the CIM Printing classes support IPP/2.0.  Still to be tweaked are
PrintQueue, PrintSAP, and other minor small classes.

Note:  All four classes have been compiled with Windows 'mofcomp'.
CIM 'mofpretty' is no longer used in the DMTF CIM process.  Minor
indentation changes, etc., will be performed by a different CIM tool
on the body of the CIM Change Requests (CRs), according to Rick.

After review, including by Rick (offline if necessary), other tasks are:

(1) Diagram of the extended CIM Printing classes must be written
    - in Visio and PDF, per DMTF process
(2) Four new CIM Change Requests (CRs) must be written
    - in HTML, using the DMTF CR template, with Seamonkey or ??
