Hi,
 
One mistake here - this is my fault - the CIM_PrintSupply class
MUST be directly associated with CIM_Printer (and OPTIONALLY
associated with CIM_PrintMarker).  There are a great many supply
types (added in Printer MIB v2) that are for finishing supplies.  They
are NOT associated with a Marker.
