As alluded to below, the prettified version of CIM_PrintOutputTray.mof
is in

The resulting output is almost directly usable, except for one very
minor edit (fixing the location of one attribute clause).  
 
You will find two versions, due to the correction of a small typo.  The
typo, a missing comma in a VALUEMAP list, was caught by the lint phase
of the mofpretty tool; it had previous not been caught by an old mof
compiler.
