And please remember that the 'pub/pwg/wims/cim' directory is NOT
supposed to be used for any PWG WIMS work products - it's for DMTF
CIM work products and background material only!  So, I've reposted
the minutes where they belong at:

(Since WIMS minutes filenames are 'wims_date' and CIM project
minutes filenames are 'cim_date' there is no conflict.  The PWG
Process/2.0 is explicit that all minutes should be down one level
only from the chartered working group directory.)
