WIMS> Counters spec is STABLE.

An updated STABLE version of the PWG Standard for Imaging Device Counters 
which is derived from counters work done via the WIMS working group is now 
posted.

This version will be reviewed in Camas on Tuesday 1/11/2005. Feedback will 
be incorporated following the Camas meeting and the document will enter 
Last Call with anticipation of closing at the April PWG Plenary in Tokyo.
