I copied the slimmed down version of the UPDF charter. Please
take a look and send me feedback by Tuesday. I want to finalize the charter
and take a prelim vote by email on Wed or Thursday.
The "real" PWG vote is scheduled for the PWG plenery in Tucson.
The charter is named UPDChrtr2.doc and .pdf in the archive.
I've also copied the gpd spec from Paul. It's in word format. Thanks
