The web page http://www.pwg.org/sm3 has been updated to reflect the following changes:
Add Bill Wagner as the SM3 Secretary
Add a web link to the latest version of the schema (version 2.905) in a downloadable zip format along with a web link to a browse-able version of the latest PWG SM schema.
Corrected a few more errors in ServicesOperations.xsd. Removal of RequestedSecurityElements to reflect the changes in PwgSecurityOpMsg.xsd and PwgSecurity.wsdl
