The latest version of the Semantic Model document is available at
<ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/Semantic-Model/PWG-Semantic-Model-Latest.pdf>.
This is version 0.18 of the document and is dated January 13, 2003.  This
document will be used during the section by section review at the Maui
meeting.  Please bring any comments, issues or complaints with you to Maui.
Those not attending can send them to the Semantic Model mailing list.  After
the Maui meeting a new version will be published for last call moving the
specification from a working document to a PWG draft.
