I have posted an updated prototype draft of the IPP Encrypted Jobs and Documents v1.0 (TRUSTNOONE) specification to:

One major change in this draft is that the OpenPGP content has been moved to a non-normative appendix in order to focus efforts on S/MIME which the IPP workgroup feels is a better fit for the secure enterprise networking environment.
