Here are the docs, thanks Dave and Ira!

The last call review process begins on 01/13/2004
and will end on 02/10/2004.
We will accept e-mail comments during this time period
on the ps reflector.

On 02/17/2004 we will conduct a teleconference
to prepare for the F2F and on 02/23/2004 PM we will 
review and resolve comments to submit the Candidate 
PSI spec. for formal approval.
