Elliott tell me he did some further investigation and found that there IS an OAK corporate rate of $99 at the Courtyard by Marriott (781 932-2300).  Mention Oak Technology. There is no particular block of rooms, so first 
come first served. 

There are also lots of other hotels around, for example:
     Fairfield Inn
     Red Roof Inn
     Hampton Inn
     Sierra Suites

...all in Woburn.

>From the Courtyard hotel find your way to Commerce Ave., and proceed north 
(it
becomes Presidential Way).  Go past the Target store, then the big Genuity
buildings, then turn right (look for blue and white sign).  Go in the main
entrance and up to the second floor.
