The IETF ID Tracker (https://datatracker.ietf.org/public/pidtracker.cgi)
knows about draft-ietf-printmib-mib-info-13.txt, which was submitted on
October 8, 2002.
However, the status dates are still for version 11 with Status dates and
Modified dates of:
2002-05-17 and 2002-07-30, repsectively.
I wonder if your change in email address from:

to:
Ron.Bergman at hitachi-ps.us
has been blocked by Ned's email filter?
