In Bob's description, the part about all names changing if any name incurs
a WRITE seems a bit odd, but the part about the agent leaving the strings
alone when a management app sets them seems appropriate to me.

prtOutputName is not defined as a localized string, so I don't know what
type of behavior one would expect other than what HP has described, here.
Can someone describe the "preferred" behavior? How can the agent localize
anything other than the default values?
