One of my work items from the 1/10/97 PMP meeting was to talk to Chris
and see if we had to document any enum changes in our RFC1759
Changes Document. The answer from Chris was that we should document
any enum changes but did not have to justify the changes.
Bob Pentecost volunteered to send to me the list of enum changes
that he has already pulled together. I will add Bob's text to the
Change document.
