Hi Paul,
I corrected filename (all lowercase, change "ch-" to "wd-"), put the URL
into the MS Word source and generated a PDF. All stored at:
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/mfd/wd/wd-sm30-charter-20130808.pdf / docx
Note that the "ch-" prefix can only be used on a PWG Approved charter.
