I had the same problem, but when I connected using the regular dial in (toll) number, I was able to join.
And yes, some one needs to contact ISTO to fix the broken toll free number.

You're right. We've been on attendee hold for 7 minutes and when I called
back with the host code it wanted a second PIN (that we don't have).
Mike - can you contact ISTO and straighten out? Cloud/IPP call will also
be broken.
