Glen,
It should be required. All printers MUST apply this attribute to
document formats that don't have a built-in orientation. Support of
this attribute is implementation dependent for the for document formats
that do have a built-in orientation. The standard mechanisms in place
for handling unsupported or conflicting attributes apply.

Should OrientationRequested be Conditionally Required? A
printer/print-service may not have resourced (memory) to execute
changing a portrait formatted document to a landscape.
I am not even sure, as a Job ticket element, the addition of "Requested"
is correct. I would think PrintOrientation is more representative of a
job ticket specified item.
