[MFD] Additional enum's for imposition

Pete,

 

We currently have "none" and "signature" for imposition template.  (Now
I realize the "signature" means a "book signature".)   In Section 2.3 of
5100.3, there is a discussion of "Z-fold" and "same-up" impositions.
Should these be added to the existing set of values?
