[MFD] High North has reviewed the MFD Model and Common Semantics and has comments

Hi,

High North endorses the numerous comments already stated
by other reviewers.

In addition, High North believes that the apparent inherent
instability of the MS Word source document is a serious
long-term issue for the maintenance and revisions of this spec
that will certainly be necessary after the remaining core MFD
imaging services are completed - especially given the new
attributes and operations that are anticipated for coherence
with Cloud Imaging WG and IPP Everywhere future multifunction
specs.

High North requests that specific steps be taken to stabilize
this MS Word source document, for example:

- delete all figure titles and table titles, because they're
  redundant with enclosing section titles

- delete all or most live cross-references and change them
to more durable *names* of sections (as future document
  reorganization seems likely)

- delete all actual figures that are not strictly necessary for
  understanding the spec

- other changes that experts in MS Word may suggest

After this document is approved as a PWG Candidate Standard,
it's critical that *all* future updates can be issued with redlines
- as Okidata has already commented, this document is far too
complex to review without redlines.

Cheers,
- Ira
