[MFD] MFD Model Draft

An updated MFD Model draft is posted at

This version is intended to implement the changes agreed to on Tuesday
(Thank you for the minutes Michael), and to reflect the more recent schema
changes (Thank you Pete). There are also assorted spelling corrections and a
few re-phrasings of awkward English. The intent is to clear these latest
changes in Thursdays meeting.
