[IPP] New draft of IPP Label and Receipt Printing Extensions v1.1 posted

I have posted a new interim draft of the IPP Label and Receipt Printing Extensions v1.1 (LABEL) registration to:

This is an update of the previously-approved registration for the following:

- Addition of a media-left-offset member attribute for media-col to control the cross-feed offset of a cut label (v1.0 only had media-top-offset)
- Addition of receipt printing use cases and other content
- Expanded discussion of document-format and vendor media types

"media-left-offset" has been in PAPPL and LPrint for a few years now, and I'm hoping to tackle/prototype the receipt printing stuff in this draft in the nearish future for the next version of LPrint for ESC/POS printers.
