Changes from the previous release:

Updated with some minor fixes identified in the April 23 teleconference, in advance of the May 2026 F2F:
• Added a new “ipp-features-supported” keyword ‘fwupdate’ to indicate support for the Firmware Update feature;
• Updated section 4 to include stages, and revised the text of section 4.3;
• Changed several instances of “Firmware update” to instead be “available new Firmware” and similar editorial fixes; and
• Fixed the IANA Considerations that had some wacky field cross-references that got out of control and otherwise updated to be current with the definitions earlier in the document.
