[IPP] Update required for Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) Registrations

Hello,

There is a mismatch between  WiFi Direct Print Services Technical Specification  and IPP registrations.

As per the WiFi Direct Print Services Technical Specification valid values of the attributes are below

Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) Registrations<https://www.iana.org/assignments/ipp-registrations/ipp-registrations.xhtml> needs to be updated for below attributes as they are not matching with the actual spec values.
