[IPP] Updated IPP Firmware Update Extensions v1.0 draft posted

I've posted another draft of IPP Firmware Update Extensions v1.0 to the FTP site:

Changes:


  *   Updated section 4 to create sub-sections
  *   Updates sequence diagram in Figure 2
  *   Updated 5.1 to correct missing attributes and to change the semantics to have a quick response and have the Client monitor the status via other attributes. This was one of the options in the slides and I chose this one and if we want to change it then we can change it. But we need to review section 4 in depth and that will help us nail down the semantics more quickly
  *   Updates 5.2 as well
  *   Removed the server-error-resource-unavailable status code, and gave server-error-
  *   firmware-update-in-progress 0x050D in its place.
  *   Added several more “printer-state-reasons” to handle the Firmware Repository being unreachable and a Firmware update being unavailable, and also noted that at some phases of a Firmware update the IPP Printer will be entirely offline and unable to respond to Get-Printer-Attributes queries.

When we review this draft, we should focus on getting section 4 correct and settled, so that we can stop thrashing later sections.
