[IPP] Missing entries in IANA IPP registry?

Hello,

In both documents:
5101.1-2013 PWG Media Standardized Names 2.0 (MSN2)
and
5101.1-2023: PWG Media Standardized Names v2.1 (MSN)
I can see two media-type values that are not present in IANA IPP registry (
https://www.iana.org/assignments/ipp-registrations/ipp-registrations.xhtml):

   - envelope-colored
   - stationery-colored

Is this on purpose?
