[IPP] Google OAuth white paper

Hi Mike,

Google is once again using "IPP Endpoint" (sort of OAuth 2.0 term / concept) when they really ought to be using "IPP Printer" (IPP term / concept). In the context of IPP and OAuth 2.0, I'm not sure if it is really correct to call a Printer an Endpoint?

Is this a draft Google document or a finalized Google document?
