[IPP] RFC: Another beta of v1.1 Update 4

I have posted yet another beta of the v1.1 update 4 tools to:

The only change in this release is:

- Fixed the media size name regular expressions to allow "." in the name portion.

to address roll-feed printers with multiple rolls using the "current.source", "min.source", and "max.source" base names.

The plan is to approve these tools no earlier than September 2, 2022 with at least two members reporting their testing of the tools with their printers.
