Changes in this draft:
Added a table for member conformance in 6.1.4; Added an example vCard value for "contact-vcard"; Rewrote some portions of section 7;
Corrected content in section 10;
Added back in the obsoleted attributes and values to the IANA Considerations section (section 13); and
Fixed many editorial issues.
