Changes include:
Resolutions to all feedback from the November 2020 and February 2021 F2F reviews
Descriptions of all attributes updated to match the examples in the most recent draft Working Draft template (wd-template-20210315.docx).
Revised wording in section 7 to remove "A Client MUST..." Labeled as Prototype draft.
Removed the following attributes because they are being moved to PPX: "job- phone-number", "job-phone-number-default", "job-phone-number-supported", "job- recipient-name", "job-recipient-name-default", and "job-recipient-name-supported".
