HP has the following feedback:
Section 3.1 "Rationale": All of the listed items of objectives start with "Define". Might be better to say "...information, this specification should define:" and then remove "Define" from each bullet point?
Section 3.5: Same feedback as for 3.1.
Page 49, lines 1496-1497: The "document-digital-signature" attribute discussed in section 9.1 is now obsolete, but this isn't noted in the definition of 'digital-signature-did-not-verify'. Maybe simply adding a cross reference or simple mention of "document-digital-signature" would suffice. Or do we just eliminate mention of 'digital-signature-did-not-verify'?
Section 11.1: Should there be a "MUST NOT support" list here as well, for the obsolete attributes?

Also:
All section number cross references should be double-checked - a number of errors observed by other reviewers as well. Or perhaps changed into actual Word cross references so that they are also "clickable" in the Word and PDF documents.
Please save as PDF so that the Table of Contents produces PDF bookmarks so that it is more easily navigable (and more accessible by those using screen readers).
