Recently, I haven't been successful in sending a message to the DL with a Word attachment. I'm re-sending this message with the .pdf attachment only.

I've produced a new version of the HTTP-Based IPP Notification Protocol document. The new version incorporates some of the suggestions I've received from the group. Specifically it has the following changes (Note: I'm still not 100% convinced that these terms are the best to use, but if the document presents no ambiguities to anybody, then I'm happy to keep them):
a) Uses "notification source" instead of "HTTP notification delivery method".
b) Uses "notification recipient" instead of "notification listener".
c) Uses "notification" instead of "notification report".
d) It discusses how it fits in with the two kinds of notification services recently described in Tom's document (ipp-not-spec-991014).
e) Resolves ISSUE 1 -> We won't describe the notification listener as a formal object.
f) Resolves ISSUE 2 ) -> The protocol doesn't use collections to represent a Notification.
g) Includes Security Considerations section.
I was unable to post the documents to the ftp server, that's why I'm sending them as attachments although I know some of you prefer otherwise. I'll get it figured out soon somehow.
