Hi,

Some people have indicated problems to read and/or print the first version,
especially the PDF format.

My second draft dated September 17 is now available on the PWG server under
the following URLs:

Please note that I changed from PDF to HTML for the alternative format, hope
this will make it more generally available. I have deleted the earlier
version from the server.

Thanks to the people who have sent me updates and corrections so far, please
keep them coming.
