For some reason the copy that I down loaded to the PWG FTP site was
truncated (about 107K bytes, instead of 439K). I've now copied it again:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 pwg staff 438886 May 17 13:05 rfc2566.txt
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Tom

I have copied these published IPP RFCs to a new sub-directory on our FTP
server:
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/published-ipp-rfcs/rfc2565.txtftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/published-ipp-rfcs/rfc2566.txtftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/published-ipp-rfcs/rfc2567.txtftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/published-ipp-rfcs/rfc2568.txtftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/published-ipp-rfcs/rfc2569.txt
The sub-directory looks like:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 pwg staff 80439 May 6 18:01 rfc2565.txt
-rw-rw-r-- 1 pwg staff 107521 May 6 18:01 rfc2566.txt
-rw-rw-r-- 1 pwg staff 60929 May 6 18:01 rfc2567.txt
-rw-rw-r-- 1 pwg staff 23547 May 6 18:01 rfc2568.txt
-rw-rw-r-- 1 pwg staff 57885 May 6 18:01 rfc2569.txt
If Don, or someone, could update the web page to point to them that would be
great.
In a week or two, I'll also post the .doc and .pdf equivalents in this same
directory.
Thanks,
Tom

Subject: IPP> ADM - Further details about the IPP/1.0 RFCs
All,
As earlier announced, the IPP/1.0 specs have now been published in RFC form.
I want to thank all the participants who contributed their time and talent
to achieve this first set of IPP specifications, as contributors on the DL,
in our phone and face-to-face discussions, in helping to write standards
texts, in the form of prototyping and product development, in administration
such as taking minutes and keeping our web site up-to-date, hosting meetings
and bake-offs, etc. etc.
I would like to specifically call out the contributions from Scott Isaacson,
Tom Hastings and Bob Herriot, who as the main editors of the IPP Model &
Semantics and the IPP Encoding & Transport documents, have had the
time-consuming and difficult job to convert the results of all our
deliberations into strict standards texts, which help developers to create
implementations that actually interwork, based solely on these
specifications.
You can now download the RFCs from the official IETF library at:
