All,
For anyone that missed the IPP Bake-Off information I have included it
below. Only registered participants testing IPP implementations can attend.
This is an IPPWG working session not an IPP demonstration. The last
Bake-Off was a wonderful learning experience for all who attended. I look
forward to seeing you there.
Pete

Bake-Off 2 General Information
The second IPP Bake-Off will be hosted by Novell Corporation in the Building
J Auditorium, 1555 N. Technology Way Orem, UT 84097. Shipping information
for equipment is included below.
The day to day schedule has not been determined other than set-up will be on
the 9th, testing will be 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th, tear-down will be on the
12th. The amount of testing that will be done on the 9th is dependent on
how smoothly set-up goes. The amount of testing on the 12th will be
determined by how we do the previous days and how long it takes to tear-down
and pack-up.
Testing will start at 9am Mountain time and end about 5pm. (We can extend
that to about 7 if need be) We will test from 9am to Noon on the 12th and
tear-down can start after that. You should arrive at the Bake-Off site at
about 8:30am.
Everyone is on there own for accommodations. A list of local hotels is
available at

Shipping Instructions:
Steve Smith and Susan Juber, supervisors with Archer Management, have
agreed to store all incoming equipment at a secured area of our Orem
mail services building. Attendees machines will be delivered to
Building J Auditorium early March 8. The PO number listed below will
indicate to shipping that the equipment is for our conference and will
not need to be asset tagged. Mr. Bob McCoy of our Assets Management
Group is aware of this arrangement. I have listed below what I feel is
proper procedure for transporting machines to Novell and back to
individual companies. If you have any questions, please let me know at
once. I hope these arrangements are satisfactory; however, if that is
not the case, let me know and we will make changes you feel are needed.
