No. The client may treat the application/IPP message body as opaque data
when it chunks the data.

Subject: IPP> About Chunk
Dear Sie,
Can I get a guarantee that if chunked, all the ipp header is in the first
chunk, while the document data is in the foloowing chumks during Print-Job
operation, and there is only one chunk in operations other Print-Job? If so,
coding would be much easier.
