I just did a long listing of the RFCs primary directory at
ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes
And found that the text of TLS v1.0 was posted as RFC 2246
last Thursday. As usual, the 'rfc-index.txt' in the same
directory is not up-to-date. I fail to see why, except
that maybe a different fallible human at ISI maintains
the 'rfc-index.txt' than the one who actually posts
new RFCs. According to that long listing just now:
