Hi John,

Your subject says 'phone conference'.  Are you reporting
the result of an (unannounced) phone conference.  Or are
you announcing a conference, without a time.  Or are you
bringing up a topic for the regular IPP WG telecon today
(10-12 PST / 1-3 EST)?
