An agreement just reached with our IETF Area Director Keith Moore is that
the November drafts of IPP V1.0 (to be out next week) will be published as
Informational RFCs, which will contain SSL3 for channel security.
We will continue work on the IPP Scheme and use of TLS for IPP, with the
objective of including these in a later version of IPP, which could be
accepted for the IETF Standards Track.
