I have now put up the presentation material that was shown in Memphis in the
IETF-Presentations folder on the PWG FTP server.
My presentation which is called IETF38-carl.xxx is in pdf and ppt formats
and contains the Charter and Security parts.
Steve's presentation is called IETF38-steve.pdf (no other format) and covers
the Protocol part.
