Hi,
This response from Lexmark (one business day after close of PWG LC),
completes our quorum. I'm researching and will write responses shortly.
Mike and I suggest that we do not need to extend the PWG LC for two
more weeks, only to immediately declare quorum.
Thoughts?
Cheers,
- Ira
