[IDS] Request for review of HCD TNC Binding

Hi Joe and Alan,

If possible, I'd like to review HCD TNC Binding updates at tomorrow's IDS
WG call:

Steffen,
project leader of the strongSWAN open source implementation of TCG and IETF
