[IDS] Updated stable draft of IDS Common Log posted

I have posted an updated stable draft of the IDS Common Log specification to:

This draft corrects the examples and clarifies the requirements for parameters and is intended as an errata update to PWG 5110.3.

The plan is to review the changes in this draft and then do a PWG Call For Objections.
