Hi Joe,
I'll be on the road at 2pm US Eastern tomorrow, but will try to call-in to
IDS WG
on my cellphone - no promises.
BTW - my recent TCG work on a new IETF binding for TNC Client over CBOR
(aka PC-TNC) has led me to believe that a revision of HCD-TNC is needed to
explicitly specify which IANA-registered TNC "batch" (i.e., component like
"OS")
is the correct one to contain a given HCD-TNC attribute - this is not
currently
specified. For example, correct use of PB-TNC "batch" headers would solve
the issue of correlation and ordering of multiple firmware instances (i.e.,
each
would be sent wrapped in a separate "batch").
I suggest re-opening the HCD-TNC spec (in the charter) to do these updates.
Cheers,
- Ira
