[following the PWG Naming Policy]

I suggest that your new document have a title:

  PWG Hardcopy Device Health Assessment
  Trusted Network Connect Binding (HCD-TNC)

I suggest that your new document have a filename:

  wd-idstnc10-2010mmdd.pdf / doc

NOTE - the PWG Naming Policy says there should *not* be a
hyphen between WG (ids) and document (tnc10).  For example,
the current HCD Attributes spec has a filename:

  wd-idsattributes10-20100225.pdf
