Conference call was aborted for lack of a quorum. I thank Mike and Daniel for calling in.  I would appreciate consideration of the issues raised in the mail list, and a look at the current draft  referenced below, with comments on the mail list.  We are not as close to prototype status as we had intended. We have but two more scheduled conference calls before the October F2F.

Alternatively, a consistent  lack of participation may be interpreted as a lack of interest…we have the Binding in IPP Infra, we may not need the model.  In that case, the effort can be aborted and the activities of the Cloud WG suspended. There is sufficient precedent for such a resolution.
